i've been using white boards for years to write up projects and keep track of them, the ONE thing that has sh1t me off is when jobs STALL, client decides to go on holidays / won't give me content as its footy season / needs to check with partners etccccccccccc.
SO, i've always worked on a priority "squeeky door" mentality
SO, i think i have finally solved it, and i am sure some people will go DARRRRRRRRRRRRRR !
magnetic whiteboard with jobs on plain white magnets !!

i bought the magnetic white board YEARSSSS ago from office works i think? , i went and got 2 pieces of wood from bunnings 2 metres high and screw the thing to it so its "face high" , then found someone that sells white blank magnet strips ,
, @ $20 delivered for 50 strips
NOW, i can list my jobs, and i can move them in order of priority and payments up and down, once they are done, just wipe and list the new one.
this may sound pedantic, but being able to walk into the office each day and see right in front of you the goals is very time effective.
YES.........spread sheets and CMS etc is one thing, but just looking at a board and being able to change some clients importance easily is now a breeze.
