I've got some reasonable geo domains, and they need to be developed to maximise their value. I'm simply not a developer.
So I'm looking for a motivated partner - or partners - who has / have good development skills.

- In essence, I'll provide the domain / domains (and set its / their value at my acquisition cost); and the developer provides their skills in getting a good site/s up and running and ranking.
- Any future income is split 50 / 50 - and any profit from ultimate sale of domain/s (sale price less my original acquisition cost) is also split 50 / 50.
I reckon there is some good money to be made by this type of collaboration.
