Is marketing the sale of domains allowed?

Hi guys

I have been so busy with one of my projects lately that I don't even have the time to check for the news so could please anyone tell me if Auda allows us to approach potential end-users with the clear intent of selling them domains, especially not currently used domains?

Thanks, I know that stuff since 2006.

I was talking about .au domain names and how AUDA views promoting the sale of domains...approaching people to buy unused/parked aussie domains.

it is ridiculous that the answer would be no. domain names are like real estate, as long as they aren't trademarked, anything should be fair game.
