Lots of things going against names like these,

-Lack of obvious buyers
-Unclear what the names really mean
-Too long, these sounds like "reg fee names".

Be far more selective. If you find a whole lot of variants available, e.g. the .com.au and .com, you are mostly likely on the wrong path.

These are too long.

The better terms would be 'Investment Property' or 'Property Market'.

I would definitely drop the .com.au come renewal time. There's still so many alternatives available in the .au namespace or domains that can be purchased pretty cheaply on the aftermarket. You definitely need to aim higher in terms of quality when buying .com.au domains.

With that said, the .com is a step up from many of the rubbish hand regs that I see! It might be long and have one more word than necessary, but at least the term is commercial. Still a long shot to get a sale on this one though and I don't think you would get much.

I guess the thing is, if you owned 1000 names of this quality would it make a profit each year? Personally I don't think it would.

snoopy although i agree with your post. i have to add some more info.

i have to say that is not a RULE in my book, in my experience , certain terms are very popular in australia but absolutely useless in USa, canada and england so thus often the term is available in that countries tld.

you also will find names taken in the usa, can and uk that are taken but available here, the reverse affect.

so be careful and do research as not all terms are universal.

"real estate" is a good example, its virtually not a term in the UK, they use "estate agents "
