If Registrar delete a domain, will it come to netfleet

If a domain deleted by a registrar will it come to expired auction or can some one grab it by back order b4 it comes to auction? assume the person backorderd from another provider, not netfleet

if its already pending delete / expired you cant backorder it You will need to bid at www.netfleet.com.au or www.drop.com.au when it comes up for the drops

what will happen if a registrar will delete it before expire date. (may be violation of AUDA regulation)... will it deleted on the spot from the system or it will wait to be deleted till next day 1.00pm

There are many policy deletes in the drop lists. So it's not instant, it still runs it due course.
