How was the deal structured?
For every deal that was finalised I was paid a commission. There was a trust factor in there as they could have sealed some loans without me knowing. But when it came down to it, I had every equirers contact details and was able to give a courtesy call if I had wanted (I never did).
I created a section of the site that logged contact and had status updates, so the broker was required to update each enquiry's status along the way.
So I knew what was happening all the time.
Once the site was made, and the deal was made, it was set and forget.
