I had a loan site with tyoe in and made an basic enquiry form for finance. Went to the local broker and made a deal for leads.

It worked well for a long time, then I sold them the site.

Not much, really. Only parked it last month. Adsense shows 30 visits for the month of October.

How was the deal structured?

For every deal that was finalised I was paid a commission. There was a trust factor in there as they could have sealed some loans without me knowing. But when it came down to it, I had every equirers contact details and was able to give a courtesy call if I had wanted (I never did).

I created a section of the site that logged contact and had status updates, so the broker was required to update each enquiry's status along the way.

So I knew what was happening all the time.

Once the site was made, and the deal was made, it was set and forget.
