I may want to buy my first .com.au domain but....

I am not Australian or have any business association in Australia. Is this going to be a problem? How would I do this without going through too many "hoops"?

Presently, I have about 100, mostly .COM domains for sale, that seemingly anybody on the planet earth can get easily and I have even sold a few to some individuals in your part of the world, with no problems.

Please advise what I need to do to transact in Australia...

Yep, just what I thought, I saw that... I dont qualify for a "trademark"...oh well, I will just stay with regular .COM domains....
