There has been an update on au whois which now means you have to enter random strings of numbers and upper/lowercase letters, instead of a dictionary word. It's a bit unforgiving though. Tried it 10 times in a row and only 5 worked.

Doesn't even seem to have an audio version? Definitely not acceptable from an accessibility standpoint from a government affiliate.

Everyone should know by now that you need to exclude these known numbers and letter such as:
0
1
Ll
Oo

and also good idea to also remove these letters as no idea if lower or not as look the same:

Vv
Ww
Ss
Xx
Zz
