last night at melbourne wordpress meetup i did a presentation on outsourcing, basically a beginners guide with hints and pitfalls to avoid.

thanks, just so you know the "transcript" slide at the very end is a JOKE, if you read it you will get it, but funnily people at the seminar started writing it down ! which when you think about it was one of my points in the belief factor of outsourcing.
