How long does it take to answer a ticket?

I thought it was more appropriate and faster to get an answer through your ticket system but so far I haven't got any reply in 2 days so I will post my question here since it's a bit urgent given the fact I set my auction ending in 7 days.

This is the first time I use your auction system to sell some domains.

I just submitted:

webdesigncanberra.net.au
webdesignhobart.net.au
websitedesignnewcastle.net.au

with no reserve, but I can't find the link of each auction.

Can you help please?

Apologies for any delay in support ticket response - we we can and endeavour to answer all within 48 hours as indicated on the support ticket response so you would have received a response today.

Although your answer was kindly answered above, you can find your links in three different ways;
1. as above
2. by entering the domain name into the search box on the home page of the site
3. by going into the auction room and clicking "all auctions" and entering the domain name

I will close the ticket in support.

Why doesn't the page mention the remaining time for the auction?

I thought I did set up for Thursday?

Hi Lorenzo,

I'm not really sure what you mean. The "all auctions" page clearly states the amount of days left in the auction and every auction ends at 12.59pm on any particular day as per the countdown on the top of the screen.

If your domain name is in the "todays auctions" page, it is set to end at 12.59 today.

If you've specific questions re a particular domain, please send to support@netfleet.com.au and I shall advise after looking into your account.

This seems to work for me, can you try opening just one of the URLs without having the main /auction/ page open in your browser and let me know if you get a countdown then.

By the way, I think it will be useful to have all own domains for sale accessible from your own control panel/dashboard.

I deleted all auctions since I could not see their end time.

I will re-auction them tomorrow if it's OK because I wanted the auctions to run a full week since the day I email a few potential buyers but the way the listings were I could not tell if everything worked or not.
