Home page, GOOGLE +1 and FB likes

I just wanted to point out that the Google Plus One and Facebook Likes have now been linked to the home page of Netfleet so that popular listings will get a bit of extra face time with our visitors. Recently liked/+1ed domains will get preference in our algorithm.

netfleet are being selective on which websites are listed on their homepage for google plus one likes. Perhaps with the facebook likes too.

I see websites with just one g + 1 being listed, whereas I know a website with 2 g + 1 not being listed.

The number of likes is factored by the age of the like.
So on day 1 after a like a +1 will rank higher than a +2 where the last like was 3 days ago.
Over time this advantage erodes and the +2 will outrank the +1 again.
