Could you please tell us a little bit about yourself, where you're from, what industry you're in etc?

Located in Gippsland region of Victoria I operate a small bookkeeping practice, where I focus on off-site/remote bookkeeping using web-base accounting packages, namely Xero.
I often help clients/friends with IT issues, including domains, email hosting, basic web presence. I can't speak highly enough of Google Apps for business, and recommend this solution frequently.
