Im new to this place.....and new to au domains in general.
Ive been into regular internet marketing as a hobbyist for several years now, and you can find me often on forums like blackhatworld and sitepoint.
Ive chosen to starting looking at au domains for a couple reasons:
a. The "real" factor: I can setup a website in a niche and walk into the store of a potential client to talk about using my site. In the global .com space it's a bit harder.
b. Supply demand: Gathering from my encounters on IM forums most of the people seem to be from North America. I doubt many people in Australia know how to bid on auction for domains, or would even want to. So my theory is that the supply demand ratio is better.
Anyways, hope to meet some of you guys one day.
