Used it on 1 domain (which has a link from wikipedia and was number 1 before the updates), no results after 8-10 weeks, just planning on leaving it. Another domain used it then submitted a reconsideration request and it got reindexed after a long time deindexed.
Seems pointless if you have to disavow the links then submit for reconsideration.
