Also of note, they own caradvice.com and boatadvice.com, both of which forward to their respective websites on the .com.au domains.
This is smart and timely exit. Questions over where the bulk of their traffic comes from and other items, but good on them for getting serious coin.

They rank top 3 for pretty much any make+model+review and even just make+model search in Google.
I don't know what that search volume would be like, but I imagine it's well into the hundreds of thousands. Maybe over a million?
Not questioning search volume, but origin.

According to SEM rush the .com.au has $1million worth of traffic in Au alone. Less but still substantial in other markets.
Don't mean to be cryptic but I know more about their numbers than most. Best for me to stop there I think.
