Even really good adult terms (eg one word) are barely worth anything, would be staying away from anything porn related in .com.au, there is basically no market.
My gut feeling is it is probably due to very tight laws regarding porn in Australia, perhaps to the point where most webmasters wouldn't use a local extension.
