So I recently received an offer of $1000 for FlightsToBali.com.au via the NF catalogue, submitted a counter offer expecting that the buyers was willing to negotiate, but I didn't receive another counter offer.
So whilst it's was nice to receive initial offer in the four figure range to show that the buyer wasn't a tyre kicker I wasn't willing to sell for $1,000. So the domain went unsold.
I have received a couple of offers around that mark previously, so I just thought I'd get some opinions on the domain and it's value to a retail/developer client?
Exacts - 12100
Phrase - 40,000
Comp - High
CPC - $1.57
Thoughts?
