Emails from Demand Class nominees

As a member, I've now already received 2 emails from 2 people who are nominating themselves for demand-class director positions in the 2017 AGM, in order to get my vote.
My question is, do all members that nominate for these director position have access to this Email list?

all candidates receive their CLASS of email addresses, thus supply does not get demand visa versa.
also its a trust that it is only used for the election and dis-guarded afterwards, as members come and go it would be easy to track if it was being used post-election for ..say......marketing.

also note your phone number is NOT on the list , so if anyone phones you that you have not previously spoken to then it suggests they have researched you via other means.
