I've just faxed my proxy to Maddocks, so for any other auDA members who haven't done theirs yet...

Do it now before it's too late!

Here's a link to the form:

For anyone who doesn't have access to a fax, I'm happy to accept scanned copies via email and will fax them to Maddocks for you.

Do it for your country! :D

Strange they still only accept fax and post and not scanned applications.. Hopefully they will update their processes to allow signed and scanned applications soon! Not many people still use fax and post anymore

Erhan - a few people have asked me if every box needs to be ticked? e.g. if some people are confused or uncertain about some of the issues / questions,
can they ignore that section?

So if any box is left blank, is that a "spoilt form"? Or will their candidate vote still be taken into account?

Just wondering on the legalities ............

If a person chooses to appoint me proxy, then all they need to do is complete my name at the top of the form with my address (Erhan Karabardak of Level 4, 459 Little Collins St Melbourne) and sign the form. They dont need to tick anything as the proxy can vote for them.

If someone appoints you as proxy, can they still put their own choices in as for candidates and leave the other sections blank? There is just a bit of uncertainty about that.

A special good luck and hope you get enough votes goes out to the following long time members of this forum dntrade.com.au who are candidates running for election http://www.auda.org.au/pdf/2011proxyform.pdf
George Pongas
Simon Johnson
Erhan Karabardak

Thanks DN. It's important to remember those candidates who represent the interests of the community. In order to make a difference, the industry needs multiple seats at the table.
