DomainWatch - Am I the only one who has no idea how to use it?

So I finally got my DW account, but I've logged in a couple of times now and to me the interface looks like a dog's breakfast.

Maybe I'm just slow, but I don't get it? I can't see most of the domains that are supposed to be dropping today, and there are a bunch of names sitting there that were snapped up weeks ago. Townsville.com.au is still sitting at the top with a bid of $14k.

DW has been available for over a year, but they stopped developing the UI months ago, for the most part it still works ok, and they've proven to still be competetive against D8

I've attempted top sign up numerous times, but they've never responded.

I waited for about 2 weeks before my account was activated, I'll PM you the details of the guy that manages the accounts so you can get in touch with him.
