This problem is related to the CRM/Billing platform that we use, and the way that the Software Vendor validates our license every day. It is a known bug/issue. We were actually given a bug fix and thought that the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately it appears that this issue has now reappeared. The matter has been again escalated via another support ticket.
Sincere apologies for the experience. Certainly not my preferred to start to the day!
PS: In the interim, I recommend logging into your account before 10AM AEST. From past experience, the bug does not affect those already logged in. It also gives us a chance to try and fix the issue or help you place your proxy bids.
