every reseller can charge what every they like, its just a case of you wishing to deal with them or not at the price they charge you.

well just post the link to the information you have, the link you posted was from a reseller NOT auda so to me it means nothing.

where does it say auda is increasing its price?

On July 1, 2014, the registry price for all .au domain names will be changing.

It is a significant change that will affect all .au domain names as prices will be going up across the board, more significantly for .id.au, .org.au and .asn.au, as the price will become standardised across every 2LD.

The updated pricing has been emailed to all Synergy Wholesale clients directly.

If you require clarification on the price changes, please contact your Wholesale Account Manager via the Synergy Management System.

Within the synergy wholesale it states by using it you agree to keep all pricing confidential, or something to that effect. Can't remember exact wording and not looking it up now due to being on mobile.

Yes, Ausregistry is increasing the price, so it is being passed onto our resellers.

so crazyD are making just $3.73 every 2 years, then they have to have the infrastructure, staff etc, and yes they have other services on offer.

short margins though.
