Domain name and page titles

Sorry in advance if I have posted in the wrong section but I would like some advice as to page titles in relation to the domain name.
I am building a website for a not for profit medical centre and say for example their domain name was brams.org.au would I use BRAMS clinic as the page title or just clinic, another example BRAMS services or just services. The reason I ask is that there seems to be a double up of the word BRAMS when using a plugin called wordpress SEO. Please see screenshot.

Huh. You need to scroll to the top of page and change the url and remove Brams from it.
