Hi Shaun,

This is what I got from our tech dept - "We did not attempt to catch dnssec.com.au, due to a technical fault in the system. This fault has been rectified and the delayed technical response to error reporting has been addressed."

So why was it closed? Surely this is not a technical fault was it?
