There is an official MAPI plugin available that patches vBulletin 3 to be able to handle the vBulletin Mobile Suite (native iOS and Droid apps) available for v4. No idea if those native apps are any good.. I've never used them.

The unofficial mod is just a cut down HTML/CSS version of the interface, which looks terrible IMHO.

Ned had started building a new site based on v4 and I plan to finish that off in the next few months. I'll post a quick update this afternoon.
