Deal fell through - still worth renewing?

About 2 months ago I had a $500 offer on propertymanagementfees.com.au but the deal fell through. It's now about to expire and I'm not sure whether I should renew it or just let it drop - what do you think, worth renewing in the hopes of another offer (or even on the off chance the original deal rekindles)?

I also have localpropertymanagers.com.au and localpropertymanager.com.au that are set to expire in 10 days. Thoughts on these?

Personally, I would hang onto the domain that had the offer for one more renewal cycle and let the other two drop.

Think it comes down to this. Was it a genuine offer or just a domainer bulk emailing? If the offer seemed genuine I would renew.

I think you should hold them, they would make a great directory. Or at the very least, offer them to a local real estate agency who is looking to have a point of difference against the bigger brands.

Thanks for your comments everyone. I'm not really fussed about any of them but might renew the one that had an offer because I feel it was genuine.
