so do i have this correct? it wasn't a drop even though it had :

serverHold (Expired)

Status
serverUpdateProhibited (Expired)

on its record.

so thus it was an AMA no reserve ?

so my question is how do you put that status domain up for AMA, is it within a certain window before it actually would naturally go to drops?

or do i have it totally wrong, its been a day of assumptions so i'm happy for any answer.

That status means it is expired but it is not yet pending purge.
Most likely the seller is hoping for a quick sale during the 30 day grace period.

When it is pending purge an additional status of serverRenewProhibited (Expired) is added.
