crazydomains uses cute girl to take domain profits offshore

I don't know how long ago this happened, but looks like Crazy Domains has used a cute blonde to take a large slice of the domain name pie offshore to Dubai.

When did this happen, how much is this lost business worth, and would this successful offshore move been possible without Pam Anderson posing in that suggestive manner?
