Buying Domains

What's the deal with domain names listed in your Domain Catalogue with the "Buy it Now" option that are either no longer for sale or have been sold privately and the original owner has not removed the listing from your site?

What are the ramifications if I select the "Buy it Now" option and the owner either refuses to transfer the domain or says it's not for sale anymore?

We have an ongoing process for spring cleaning listings so this doesn't happen often.

However - it does happen occasionally, and we generally look at each case individually.

Shortly we'll be sending out an email to remind everyone of their domains and Buy Now prices. We'll also have detection software to see what a COR has occurred so we can remove the domain.
