The problem with this domain is that - business.domain.com.au

Dominates the query, you could try and sell the domain to "Domain"/ Fairfax as a typo. That would be my best guess.

I think you will be considered a commercial real estate website aka ..Domain.Com.Au so there may be an identity problem, however if that's what you are aiming at this may be a good thing, been some recent business domain sales which may be a good guide ..... mid$xxx is my guesstimate, good luck
