Thoughts? Approx price worth?

Credit Check Free gets around 1k Avg P/M
Financial Courses and Debt Recovery Solutions both have minimal searches but the lead worth is high based on the CPC for these keywords.

CreditCheckFree sounds backwards to me ? .... but if people are searching I guess that adds value
~
I think the value is in the development with these names, three word financial names ...... low $xxx to high $xxx
~
Good Luck

Yeah I think development for CreditCheckFree would work, not brandable as the grammar is backwards.

Debt Recovery Solutions is long winded

Financial Courses is two words, still around low XXX?

I was hoping for a resale with Financial Courses, thoughts? Or would it be development only.

Thanks Spacey, always great help!

Guidex not sure how you will go with the credit check domain. I own several of the best names in that industry and have had no luck getting a bite to sell leads when I had websites on them. Australia only has 3 credit check agencies and your not allowed to sell credit checks as I tried to get an account with them, it's against their terms.
I did have several at number 1 on G for about 2 years and clicks were amazing cpc wise. I was earning for creditcheck.com.au alone about $60,000 a year in Google adsense . Now I don't have adsense as G banned me, I've parked them. I did sell creditreport.com.au for $27,000 a couple of years ago.
So your only way to monitize is adsense.

Yeah I wouldn't be able to provide the credit check, simply be providing information on HOW to get their credit check for free (Veda etc)
Thanks for the advice! Appreciate it. In regards to adsense, did they ban you for other reasons? How hard was it to rank?

Got banned for one of my websites, not sure which as they never tell you. Even closed my super fund adsense account which had nothing to do with it, it was a different entity. Remember their motto, do no evil
Well in those days I had PBN and I could do no wrong when it came to ranking.
I'm was living on the edge of being totally black hat in those days, not now, to risky.

That sucks :(
I wouldn't mind smashing some manual SEO, see if I could rank it.

Just one other question, where's the best place to sell domains? Sedo is tough, Netfleet has no auctions and Flippa no .com.au. Majority of my previous sales are from users contacting me.

Offtopic:
I see you own CurrencyConverter, sold for 30k+? Are you holding it for value?

Don't know where to sell these days, linkedin by email is probably the best bet. Have to pay for premium service and I think you get an allowance of 15 emails a month.
I didn't pay 30k for currencyconverter.com.au, the guy I purchased it off payed that. It owes me nothing as I had it leased to Aust Post just after I purchased it for 2 years for $2000 a month when it ranked #2 for the term. Another one of my many sites that use to rank :(

Flippa do allow .com.au - a few have sold recently.

No cpa offers available as far as I know

Creditcheckfree.com.au this is round the wrong way, bin it.

FinancialCourses.com.au - Term not popular enough to have a good chance of sale.

DebtRecoverySolutions.com - Sounds like a brand and I see at least 1 company called that. But most of the time a company would not use a domain that long. They'll use some shortened version. So whilst some might register a name like this just to hold as an additional name the chance of them chasing it and being willing to pay a premium is very low.

'Credit Check Free' get's around 1k-3k searches P/M though? I understand it's backwards but I could just develop into an adsense blog.
credit check free
1,000
$4.59

Financial Courses I would only suggest a micro niche. Small amount of searches but the value is so high (based off CPC). If I was to work out a referral program to online universities here in Aus, would pay itself off
financial courses
40
$11.21

It's a searched term for small business's. It could pay off for referrals too as lead value is high
debt recovery solutions
10
$37.10

I've pretty much decided to develop each of them, resale wouldn't work and I know if they rank they'll pay off

Thanks for all your help though

When a farmer has a rotten potato he tills it back into the ground and starts again, rather than than trying to make something out of it. Take it as a $60 learning excercise and look for something else.

Snoopy you know your stuff.
Can you tell me to bin these or keep?

They all sound along the same lines. If you are buying for resale then their needs to be clear buyers. Think you'd be better off looking at aftermarket names/drops where their is multiple bidders and values can be gauged more easily. Reg fee domaining is incredibly risky.
