Best company for .NZ COR

Can anyone recommend a company that has the best service and price for the .NZ domain COR service?

Is there a fee? I've only done the one, but I thought it was free..

It is free (unlike Australia), and the new owner gets the benefit of any existing time left on the registration.

Some registrars still insist on paper COR's, thought there are some like discountdomains.co.nz that have a totally electronic service.
