    honestly I think this should have just been a NF support email question but I think given the changes to NF its of every ones interest and PLEASE take it that way.

    umm what does that now mean? we had a domain that didn't show up on NF not so long ago as it was back ordered, so is this statement now irrelevant ? or if I do a back order can someone place a bid ? or if they can place a bid like 20K do I then have to pay 20K + $44.95 being " I must pay the winning bid amount"

    I know these questions may sound stupid , but I was just reading your rules.

    clarification would be great, and maybe a reply that says you have reviewed the page and its correct or been corrected or ...... tim you have misread the terms?

    Looks like a wording issue has been missed. I don't think you misread it Tim, it's not clear IMO.
