Australia Post loses auDRP

Thought that this case may be of interest. An audrp over the domain mypost.com.au - Australia Post's loss of its recent DigitalPost Federal Court case hurt them in this case - http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/search/text.jsp?case=DAU2015-0003
The decision also claims that the owner of the domain was offered $125,000

Sounds like the owner was going to take 125k and then he wanted 175k.
Now he has built a website on the domain.

He has won the battle and lost the war. Foolish person for reneging on the $125,000. Now he'll have 125k less in his pocket plus a legal bill.

Looks like Australia Post ended up buying it and have done nothing with it. It is not even redirected..... Great work Australia Post!

Strategic approach by both parties, also the objection filed to stop auspost from registering a ™ by the complainant.
Just so important to protect your business/domain name by registering it as a trademark asap!
