If AUDA is serious about "good governance practices" then they need to doing the basic stuff, like reporting directors remuneration,

How much are AUDA independent directors being paid?
Did the chairman of the board receive a large increase in remuneration when a "hot shoe shuffle" took place moving him from demand director to independent director?
