Yeh, i think it's a fair outcome... and it does set a president... which will be used in all future ruling involving disputes with auda
Unfortunately the legal costs that auda will now now have to repay will probably come from domainers in one form or another.
It also shows that it's often not enough to be right... you also need a pile of cash behind you... to go to court.
I can just imagine if domain directors was only a private individual... auda could have just canceled the domains and no one would have cared.
