I'm reading the word "extraordinary" when one is describing this meeting.

Could someone.. Simon... Anyone? Explain the results and what it means please.

The results:

1. The general housekeeping amendments passed (i.e. fixing up minor admin changes to the constitution).

2. The proposed Westlake inspired / related changes failed. eg: extending directors terms.

I believe it was a good outcome for the industry, although I would like to see more people voting and turning up on the day.
