auDA Foundation concerns

[DomainNames]

1. What is the status of the Foundation?
2. Who are the related Management of it now, are they in any way remunerated and how much? Where is this disclosed?
   
3. Why should .au domain name Consumers be paying for it to give away money to non domain name related recipients when thousands of other charities and grants can find them?
4. Have there been any 'related party' transactions, contracts, grants, consultants, expenses?

3. Has it been abused by some for their own gain or gain of their friends or family?

The foundation should be shut down. Pity they released the PPB report only to a journalist for the purposes of SGM smearing and not for members to see the true status of this organisation.
