i like seasalt, limited sale market, make some calls and try to cut your reg fees.

As a suburb in Sydney, Botany.com.au is the best of the bunch imo. It has a fairly high median house price, so you could try your luck with some real estate agents.

I also don't mind SeaSalt.com.au, but I suspect your odds of a sale would be much lower.

I'm not a fan of the rest, but they're certainly not the worst I've seen (at least they have a commercial focus).
