Any registrars with a multi-level access user feature?

Hey all
I'm new to the forum, so hi to everyone.
Wondering if anyone knows of a Registrar that caters to AU domains, including new .au, that has a multi-level access feature to setup user credentials for say a Technical Contact that can manage records and services for a domain but does not the privilege to Transfer out or in?
Are there any out there?

Closest thing sounds like TPP Wholesale. Or Synergy Wholesale + WHMCS.

Or maybe third-party DNS hosting like Cloudflare and give the contact access to change DNS records.

not aware of anyone that does that to that level of access and restriction, but I know that Above is working on such a function and have added it to our dev queue for our AU based registrars.

You don't need this at domain level you need it at DNS level.
Cloudflare and even cPanel hosting would be fine for this.

Pretty sure you can do this at Godaddy. They also cater to .au.
