Looking for a VPS I presume?

I recently setup a cloud vps with Crucial (for a corporate non magento site) and I've been very happy with the performance. Finding it much faster than other Australian hosts I host with, and the price is comparable.

Every plan is "unavailable - out of stock" !!

Where are you seeing this? If you're talking about our VPS stock, then yes you're correct. They are in high demand and we release stock in batches.

If you're seeing it on shared hosting, please let me know.

Drop me an email to sales@ventraip.com.au if you're interested in our VPS services (mention this thread) and I'll see if our technical team can make some room.

Cheers,

Have used Ventraip and MDG-IT (Magento specialist host). if VentraIP and a decent traffic store go for the business plan.

As Ventra couldn't deliver they lost a customer - have gone with premium service at MDG-IT. It's not cheap but it should deliver as they specialise in Magento.

Angelo - I understand your position and I wanted to support a DN Trade sponsor, but not even a notice that there aren't any plans available until I try to order is bad business. I'm sure I'm not the first to go elsewhere confronted with the same issue as it makes your service look "buggy" when every plans gives a "out of stock" error at order.

A simple message on the site or not advertising the plans would make more sense. Constructive criticism only.

FWIW I also commissioned a new VPS for other projects and am giving VPS-Blocks a test run

As I've asked a few times now (via private message too), what services did you see the notice on?

I can't exactly fix it or look into doing it a better way unless you tell me.

Seems pretty straight forward to me. There is no notification until after you click "ORDER NOW" that there is no stock at all.

Considering there are no VPS available at all, the OP was suggesting to make that clear on the page PRIOR to the user clicking the ORDER NOW button.

Of course you could be tracking stats of click to that and increasing the VPS stock when you have enough click throughs, who knows.

On the "Oops, there's a problem..." page, you have a typo...
