Hi Erhan, this has been occurring for too long also in Australia. When will auDA and the auDA board be acting with the relevant policy update? We have talked about it and you have written about it for years with no Australian policy update still.

What is the hold up at auDA and the auDA Board?
What have you proposed to auDA and the Board for the Australian policy update regarding RDNH and monetary compensation for the RDNH victims?

Once again in your latest RDNH example the rightful respondent owner wasted a lot of time, stress and money just to rightfully keep the name. This may be good for the lawyers and panelists pay packets but not the domain name owner.
