Layout is your typical effective landing page. That's decent but the copy not so much. "Please fill out the form" x 3. Sometimes its good to reinforce but that sounds a bit desperate and the wording could be more warm and relevant (why should I fill ou the form). One effective call to action tagline would beat 3 generic repeated ones.
The pattern effect of the blue background is the same as the main background. Looks funky to me.
"Submit Details" Button, not enough contrast to its background.
Website portfolio thumbnails are tiny. I would rather see a slideshow of them one at a time in the same space.
And the logo...hmm. Doesn't strike me as very reflective of a design firm.
