i'm presently working on ways to help the melbourne homeless in the cbd i see when i go into town ( i won't get on my bandwagon)
i know the links are USA but australia is in the same boat.
not saying defense is not needed, but that graph is quite confronting IMO.

( note: i know homelessness is NOT just a state of being without a home, my brother in law is a counsellor on these issues )
i'd love to hear about whats happening in your area as it is happening everywhere.
