i think this has been discussed as setting a "standard"

this example is generally what i am seeing:
---------------------------
Code:
Domain: blabla.net.au

Auction expires: Wed 17th May 2012, 48hrs after the post's date.

Registrar: **********

Comments:

2 character acronym net au domain. $10 start, min $2 bid increments. PayPal is fine.
----------------------------

for me i'd like to see the domain expire date as well.

it gets back to the COR issue, being able to see there is ample time to convert the domain.

unless i'm mistaken there has been no "formal" rule on domain expire date for sale, all i have seen is that drop/ventraip can handle it in the 30 day period, what if i do not want to use drop/ventraip

or have i got it wrong?

Unless you have beef with them, I don't see why you would prefer to pay more.

I'm sure if one can do it in 30 day grace period, they all can.

But yeah ok, if it's coming up to 30 days past expiry, I could see you wanting to know.
