Spacey, Did you only upload the ads very recently? Like in the last hour or two? If so, just leave it and check again in the morning.

If it is a new channel or site, it can take a while for it to appear. This has happened to me before. Best to leave it overnight then re-evaluate in the morning.

I have had that happen to me a few times. Offered low x,xxx, received a counter of $100,000+ I think one thing that is better these days on NF is the opening up the lines of communication between buyer and seller, rather than just offer - counter offer etc. A phone call can work pretty well...

Indeed. Doing a whois of the domain and it is the registrant listed is WESTRALIA AIRPORTS CORPORATION PTY LIMITED My bet is that this whole taking them to court business was just a way to entice them to hand over the domain at a much more reasonable price.
