    Hi Lucas, sorry to hear that. It does take there support some time to get back to customers. I sometimes wait upto a week for replies, but luckily its never been because a COR has gone astray. Good luck with that, hopefully they will reply to you here.

    VPS providers

    I did have many servers at web24, but those are slowly dwindling, but shopping around for VPS myself and I'm starting to lean towards AWS. The price looks good too.
