hi, firstly i'm not going to get into debate about anti-Monetisation potentials, this is just a layer i like.

its a Divi theme but the layout could be p[roduced in anything.
what i liked about it was it was simple and had a good CTA ( call to action) feel about it.
you'd then just need to add anything in that made it CURRENT policy requirements.
