How much is auDA Management and auDA Board spending of the Not For Profit's money on avoidable legal expenses?
As a duty to all stakeholders to properly manage auDA funds is auDA and the Board on a regular basis seeking costs assessment of all legal billing?
If auDA Management and Board has not sought to monitor and seek costs assessment have they been negligent in their duties to properly manage auDA funds and make sure all avoidable expenses are achieved for the benefit of the company.
auDA has claimed it costs $70,000 to hold the last 2017 SGM which would have been avoidable if the Chair had resigned earlier. That was the only resolutions left and auDA then said the SGM would still go ahead even though it would not need to be voted on at the SGM.
What is the exact breakdown of the claimed $70,000 SGM costs auDA incurred.
Was this avoidable by more proper auDA and Board management of the issue and the SGM?
